One of our finest distributors has graced us with a great offering from the Iberian Peninsula, an example the wonderful dense grapey voluptuosness of a touriga nacional. From Dao vineyards, this exceptional quaff fills the mouth with a thick palate of dried cherries and raspberry overtones; the deep character and heft emotes with some great back tannins that help it slither down your gullet, finishing with a great mentholy glow. The earthy herbal tones help the fruitiness, and the dryness gives it dimensionality. Quite a bit for the shelf at a rate of $11 and great for the holidaze chill and thrill.
