The item in subject comes from the central valley in Chile, and at a cool $14, it offers quite a unique perspective on the delicate grape of choice. It has a great nose of ripe dried plums, and a rich palate of dense cherries with dark textures of earthy mushrooms and tobacco smoke. This finish has a long lingering sveltiness, with hints of pepper and menthol. Its super yummy and worth the savoring on cold Texas nites (since we get alot of them!).
